Use of Services
Our lab provides research, testing, and consulting services for commercial, institutional, and academic clients. Services may not be used for unlawful, unauthorized, or misrepresented purposes. Misuse of lab-provided data, credentials, or facilities is strictly prohibited.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete project information and materials. It is the client’s responsibility to secure the proper rights or approvals for samples, materials, or proprietary content submitted for testing.
Clients engaging with our lab agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete project information and clearly state objectives
- Submit only legally obtained and approved materials or samples
- Notify us of any hazardous substances or handling precautions
- Respect all agreed timelines, approvals, and feedback milestones
Data & Intellectual Property
All testing results, reports, and analysis are confidential and intended solely for the client’s internal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, the client retains ownership of their original data; the lab retains ownership of methodologies and testing protocols.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client data and adhere to strict data privacy and security standards. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request. We will never share, publish, or distribute your project data without written consent.
Payment Terms
Payment is due based on the terms stated in your project agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension. Fees for services, consultation, or third-party costs are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
While we follow rigorous quality control procedures, we cannot guarantee that data or outcomes will meet regulatory approval unless otherwise contracted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of lab data or materials.
